Supervisors play a key role in developing their teams, and effective coaching is essential for maximising potential. This course provides supervisors with effective coaching strategies to boost team performance, promote development, and cultivate a culture of ongoing improvement, resulting in increased productivity and stronger employee engagement.

Target Group: All supervisors and managers.

Delivery: Face-to-face classroom and/or Instructor-led virtual webinar.

Duration: Either 1-2 full days or split into 2-3 hour modules delivered over 1-2 weeks.

DESCRIPTION

This course equips supervisors with essential coaching skills, including behavioural style profiling, to develop personalised coaching plans. Participants can easily apply the tools to connect personally with each team member, enhance team performance, foster growth, and create a culture of continuous improvement.

  • To foster a coaching culture within organisations, empowering supervisors to develop strong, engaged, and self-sufficient teams.

  • Recognise and demonstrate effective coaching practices through interactive role-playing and real-world scenarios.
  • Master core coaching competencies such as communication, active listening, and providing constructive feedback.
  • Use a variety of coaching models and tools, applying them to improve team performance and engagement.
  • Use behavioural style profiling to develop a personalised coaching plan for each staff member.
  • Develop and track measurable coaching plans, ensuring continuous improvement and assessing the impact of coaching interventions.
