Effective training and facilitation are essential for achieving business goals and enhancing team development. This course provides hands-on experience and practical techniques to improve training and meeting effectiveness. By mastering design and delivery skills, participants can better engage learners and drive successful outcomes in their sessions.

Target Group: Training professionals, managers, HR staff, team leaders, educators, sales-people, consultants, and project managers who need to enhance their training effectiveness.

Delivery: Face-to-face classroom and/or Instructor-led virtual webinar.

Duration: Either 1-2 full days or split into 2–3-hour modules delivered over 1-2 weeks.

DESCRIPTION

This course equips participants with proven techniques for designing and leading engaging training sessions. Participants will practice core competencies, understand adult learning principles, and enhance their skills in course design and facilitation.  Skills learned are universally applicable for coaching, conducting meetings, delivering presentations and seminars / webinars.
