The next generation of leaders for your business build commercial judgement, confidence and practical leadership capability through the Emerging Leaders Simulation (ELSim) Program.
Participants step into the executive team of a hypothetical global business simulation to experience how their choices and behaviours impact business performance while navigating volatile markets, geopolitical challenges, commercial pressures and complex people decisions.
Who is it for? Emerging executives, founders, managers and future leaders looking to strengthen their commercial judgement, strategic thinking and leadership effectiveness.
Delivery: Six-weeks of live virtual sessions combining Business Simulation, Leadership Labs, Executive Coaching and Workplace Application.
Next intake: February–March 2027
Format: Weekly Business Simulation every Tuesday and Leadership Lab every Thursday from 3pm to 5pm AEDT.
Group size: Maximum 25 participants
DESCRIPTION: An Integrated Approach to Leadership Development
Unlike traditional leadership training, this programme puts participants in charge of a business, where they experience the consequences of their decisions in a realistic, risk-free environment.
Four integrated learning components turn experience into practical leadership capability:
1. Business Simulation
Test leadership skills and experience the consequences of decisions in a competitive global business simulation.
2. Leadership Labs
Review 360° feedback and simulation outcomes to identify skills gaps, strengthen judgement and improve performance.
3. Workplace Application
Apply new capabilities to a personal business case and measure the impact of learning in the workplace.
4. Executive Coaching
Accelerate development through personalised coaching, 360° feedback and manager involvement.

LEARNING JOURNEY: How it works
Put leadership into practice through six leadership challenges that include a weekly business simulation and Leadership Lab supported by 1:1 executive coaching, feedback and application to a real workplace challenge.
Before the program starts, IMPACT will work with you to identify a workplace leadership challenge and establish development goals through your first 360° coaching session.
Week 1 — Lead Teams & People
Explore how to lead, motivate and develop people while navigating the demands of a business simulation.
Week 2 — Think Strategically
Strengthen strategic thinking and commercial judgement through decisions that impact performance.
Week 3 — Deliver Through Others
Build the skills to delegate, establish accountability to achieve outcomes.
Week 4 — Lead Under Pressure
Experience the challenges of managing performance, uncertainty and competing business priorities.
Week 5 — Influence & Build Collaborative Relationships
Develop the ability to influence others, navigate different perspectives and build effective working relationships.
Week 6 — Lead Change & Adapt
Apply leadership judgement to changing conditions, manage uncertainty and lead others through change.
When the six-week program concludes, IMPACT translates learning into workplace action and tracks its impact through continued coaching and follow-up.

Full program fee: A$5,490 per participant. GST Excluded.
Affordable payment instalment arrangements are available upon request and approval.
